Elite Recruit Pte Ltd is Hiring an Accounts Coordinator Near Clinton, NJ

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our team at the Company. The Accounts Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating financial activities between our headquarters in India, our US office, and our accounting consultant firm. This position reports directly to the Managing Director and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing company in the Nutraceutical ingredients industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate financial activities between headquarters in India, the US office, and the accounting consultant firm.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounting-related communications and inquiries.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions and activities.
  • Support the Managing Director in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in accounting or finance roles, with exposure to coordinating accounts across international locations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise between multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.09 - $43,786.09 per year
